Frames of the RM-894x series form the supporting basis of all TECOMAT TC800 PLC assemblies. It consists of a DIN rail according to ČSN EN 60715 with a width of 35 mm and a depth of 15 mm, into which the system bus is inserted. They are supplied only in the longest dimension variant for 27 modules with a width of 12mm, including two KB-8961 modules with impedance bus termination. It is inserted into the DIN rail and secured using handles on both ends of the frame. The individual modules can then be mounted on the bus in any location with the exception of the frame mounting area. The bus modules are mechanically fixed to the DIN rail using latches integrated into the housing of each module.
