The PW-8901 is a power supply module in a 24 mm wide housing that generates two power supply voltages on the TC800 system bus from the 24 V DC network: VM for powering the internal circuits of the modules and VIO for powering the input circuits of selected modules. At the same time, it enables the connection of multiple frames via the TCL3 system bus. The connectors are screwless.

Packaginng, transportation, storage
DescriptionThe module is packed in a paper box. This documentation is also part of the package. The outer packaging is carried out according to the scope of the order and the method of transport in a transport package provided with labels and other data necessary for transport. The product must not be exposed to direct weather conditions during transport and storage. Malting of the product is only allowed in clean rooms without conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors. The most suitable storage temperature is 20 ° C
Installation
Assembly descriptionThe frame contains the system bus in an open design without connectors and is supplied in five dimensional variants. It is inserted into the DIN rail and secured using handles on both ends of the frame. The individual modules can then be mounted on the bus in any location with the exception of the frame mounting area. The modules are mechanically fixed to the DIN rail using latches integrated into the housing of each module. Covering the unoccupied part of the bus Covers are available for covering the unoccupied part of the bus on the frame (covering the freely accessible electrical part of the bus), which are supplied in a combined set of 8 pieces with a cover width of 10 mm (Fig. 2.4). The required number of covers is broken off and snapped onto the DIN rail via the covered bus. The kit order number is TXN 189 60.
